Riddle me this!

Life is full of riddles. You know, questions that either have no answer, or just simply leave you scratching your head. Or maybe there’s someone out there who knows the answer and can relieve your itching head. For instance:

– Why do you go into a building but get into a car?

– Why do the days go by quicker when you get older?

– Why do babies fight sleep when they’re tired?

– Why do we worry even though we say we trust God?

– Why do women have more than one baby, even after experiencing hard-core labor the first time?

– Why is it that everyone wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die?

– Why did Adam eat the forbidden fruit at Eve’s suggestion?

And last, but not least:

– Why does my brand-new convection bread maker seem incapable of producing a decent loaf of bread, despite my numerous attempts? My husband is threatening to list it on e-bay!

[sigh]…

Anyways, happy weekend. See you on the other side of it! 🙂

I got one – ‘Why is it that I sign up for online bank statements and still receive a letter in the mail informing me that I have a statement online ready for viewing?’
Oh yeah – and one more – ‘Why is it that each time I finish the laundry, another dirty item shows up and NOBODY knows why?”
    Just food for thought!
    Hugs and Blessings!

Ha ha! I have a solution for the laundry quandry – make the kids do the laundry and that problem will mysteriously disappear!

How is it that the opposite of pro-life is pro-choice, yet the opposite of pro-choice is anti-choice?
